In mid-2006, I established a new routine of sending newsletters to my clients on a more or less quarterly basis.  I’ve also made them available here for the convenience of my clients as well as for potential clients and cyber-surfers.  I hope you find each to be informative and concise.

Each newsletter has two parts—my cover letter to clients and a newsletter produced by the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA).  Explore each for the most information!

You’ll need Adobe Reader to view the newsletters.  Click here to download Adobe Reader free!

I hope to use future newsletters as an opportunity to discuss changes to federal tax law as well as procedural changes in my practice.  Always, though, the focus will be on the ongoing importance of planning—tax planning, financial planning, estate planning, etc.

Planning is not done once and left alone but revisited on a periodic basis in hopes of achieving a desired result.  Our lives and businesses change each day.  Some changes are small; others are monumental.  Our desires and goals will change as well.  Tax laws are always changing.  Planning helps us positively adjust to each of those shifts.  Planning is necessary to attain our goals, whatever they might be.

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Tax and financial planning is no exception.
